Korean Soybean Sprout Soup Drinking alcohol is an important part of Korean social life, whether it be for professional or personal reasons. As a result, there are many hangover remedies in Korean cuisine, and they range from soothingly bland to super spicy. Kongnamul gook (Soybean Sprout Soup) is a popular Korean hangover remedy but also a soup that I love on most days, partly because it's very simple to make but especially because it has a unique and snappy flavor.
