Microwave in Minutes: Steamed Egg and Steamed Tofu

Steamed Tofu Korean meals include at least a couple of side dishes, so that means you have to think quickly even if you already have kimchi in your fridge. Korean steamed egg or steamed tofu are my favorite quick additions to any meal, since they are full of protein, healthy, and can be made in minutes in the microwave.
