I was so happy when I saw these rectangular dumplings at the Korean grocery store because their shape makes them perfect for packing. This was a lunch for my preschooler, but my husband and I also like to pack dumplings for ourselves if we're carting a lunch to work. This Korean dosirak (or byunto, which comes from the Japanese bento) has rice sprinkled with sesame and salt, seaweed salad, and Korean mandoo dumplings
shaped into rectangles.
