
Although I'm not a huge hard alcohol drinker, I do like drinking apple soju out of a real apple. There's something festive, fun, and faintly organic about the whole thing, even if you're surrounded by people of every age group doing their absolute best to get obliterated. But you can really
serve anything in apples, which I discovered after suffering from an overabundance of apple picking booty this fall. Rice, snacks, cocktails, and dessert are all elevated just by being served inside the fruit, which is something to remember for the upcoming holiday season.
