Kimchi for Charity
Friday November 21, 2008
Last week, the world's largest batch of kimchi was made in Seoul. 2,200 volunteers used 58,000 heads of cabbage, and the 143 tons of kimchi that were made will be distributed to needy families in South Korea's capital city.

That is an incredible act of charity. The picture in the AP news link is amazing. It is kind of sad that the news article said that most South Koreans buy their kimchi from the supermarket instead of making it anymore.
