Tofu, Asia's Other White "Meat"

The earliest evidence of tofu comes from a Chinese mural made during the period between A.D. 25-220; the kitchen scene carved into the stone shows tofu and soy milk being made.

Non-Tofu Enthusiasts are always surprised when they like our bean curd (dooboo, or dubu in Korean) dishes. But after all these years, Koreans are experts at making the white cakes both tasty and healthy.
