It was only a matter of time before Korean restaurants hopped on for a free ride on Psy's coattails- "Oppa Gangnam Style" hasn't even started to slow down. The video has already reached 1 billion views on Youtube. But even though Psy had a couple years of American education, it doesn't look like he acquired an American taste for lawsuits. He has already stated that he will not sue a restaurant in LA's Koreatown that changed its name to "Gangnam Style".

Is that really a ‘bad’ thing to do, if in the states its common to sue anyone for anything, jus Psy to remember that he’s Korean first and foremost. I would personaly look at it as a form of praise and a compliment. The way I look at it is suppose Psy is seeing this as a form of advertising not only for him, but for Korea as well; I just hope that Psy is getting royalties or such from this from the restaurant. If not then its going to be a different story – then again his American agency may have something to say about it!!
