Soy Honey Glazed Salmon

N. Imatome Yun
This delicious broiled salmon is easy to prepare and impressive looking for dinner guests if you use either salmon steaks or a side of salmon. Good for Korean meals and also with American sides or salads, it's a very versatile recipe which is also wonderful on the grill. For grilled salmon, prepare as directed and grill for about 5 minutes per side.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 20 minutes

  • 5 Tbsp soy honey glaze
  • 1 lb salmon (fillets or steaks)

  1. Preheat the broiler and coat pan with cooking spray.

  2. Brush soy honey glaze on flesh of salmon and let stand 15 minutes.

  3. Place salmon on pan with skin side down, drizzling any remaining sauce over fish.

  4. Broil the fish on top rack for 6-8 minutes.

(Serves 2 as an entree or 4 as a side dish)

This was such an easy recipe to make. I cut it in half for one Sockeye filet and used the remaining glaze to top off a side of rice. Served with edamame to balance out all the sweetness and it's delicious! I will definitely make this again. Gourmet taste in twenty minutes. So glad I found this!!!
