These Korean Pork Ribs (Daeji Galbi) are succulent, sweet, and spicy. They require some advance marinade preparation, but then are easily cooked on the grill or in the broiler.

Ingredients:
- 3 lbs pork ribs, baby back or spare*
- Korean pork marinade
Preparation:
- If ribs are not separated, cut between bones.
- Coat well with marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours (10-12 hours is best).
- Grill over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes per side. If you are cooking the ribs in the oven, broil in a 350 degree oven for about an hour, turning once.

*Baby back or spare ribs are best, but you can also use country style ribs if you trim the fat.
