Korean Meat Marinades are good for grilling, basting, and sauteing almost any cup of meat. Korean marinades are not as thick as American barbecue sauce, but they still give a deep salty-sweet flavor to many types of meat.

If you love the flavor of buffalo sauce, then try this spicy pork marinade on your chicken wings. It's also perfect for a rack of ribs or a pork tenderloin. This galbi (shortrib) marinade works well with flank or skirt steak- the meat turns out tender, juicy, and flavorful. This Korean soy honey sauce is easy to make from things already in your pantry and is good as a fish or poultry glaze or as seasoning for sauteed or grilled vegetables.
