A staple Korean salad dressing with a hint of spice that is good on green salads, cold seafood salads, and raw and steamed vegetables.

- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 4 Tbsp water
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 3 Tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tsp red chili pepper powder (kochukaru)
- crushed sesame seeds (optional)
- Combine ingredients and whisk until combined.
- Store unused portion in fridge.
