Korean Salad Dressing Recipe


A staple Korean salad dressing with a hint of spice that is good on green salads, cold seafood salads, and raw and steamed vegetables.

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp water
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 3 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 tsp red chili pepper powder (kochukaru)
  • crushed sesame seeds (optional)


  1. Combine ingredients and whisk until combined.

  2. Store unused portion in fridge.
