Soy Honey Glaze

Korean soy honey glaze for broiled fish, grilled poultry, and sautéed vegetables. Wonderful on the Korean table but also good for adding a bit of Asian flavor to any meal.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp olive oil
Preparation:
  1. Mix ingredients together until honey and sugar are dissolved.

  2. Store in refrigerator for use on fish, chicken, and vegetables.
