Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 2 tsp finely chopped ginger
- 3 tsp sugar
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together and use as a dipping sauce for dumplings or other savory dishes.*Can be made in batches and stored in the refrigerator for a couple weeks.
